Fees for other services are on time and material basis and are dependent upon the scope of work.

A thorough inspection of a typical 2000 square feet building takes around 3 hours to complete. Normally, a complete inspection report is available, the following day. A summary of our building Inspection findings may be available within few hours of the inspection.  Certain tests i.e.; Termite, Water Quality, Radon, neighborhood environmental reports may take up to 48 hours to complete and a secondary test may be required, depending upon the results of the initial test. So in such cases, results of the required tests are submitted only once they become conclusive.

No. Our Inspectors carefully observe the physical condition of the property from head to toe and from inside to out. Since we are not a regulatory authority to check compliance to local codes, we can not fail or pass the building. Upon completion of each Inspection, we present findings to client, in a detail and organized manner for the client to make an informed decision about the condition of the property.

Depending upon the type of inspection you require and the reason for your request, you can call us any time to schedule an inspection. In case of a real estate transaction, the best time to call for an inspector is immediately after you have executed a purchase agreement. Be sure of signing an inspection contingency clause in the contract. We are very sensitive to time-constraints and can perform inspections at a short notice.

We recommend all Clients to be present during time of Inspection. This gives the client an opportunity to inspect the building first hand and ask inspector any questions regarding systems and upkeep and condition of the property.
