Who We Are

Rajesh Varma, Founder   

Rajesh developed his interest in the Art of Construction as a youngster, by making models using cardboard and clay. He was intrigued by properties and usefulness of different materials. His interest was further developed during his association with Boys Scouts, where he enjoyed creating different living environment with his troops, using bamboo, adobe and native grass. In high school, his interest  diversified into three Dimentional Modeling using AutoCad and Principals of Applied Physics. His passion for understanding science of human habitat, availed him an opprtunity to pursue Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction and Contracting Engineering from New Jersey Institue of Technology, New Jersey. After graduating, Rajesh worked with various organizations as a Field Representative, Project Manager, Facilities Manager, Director of Operations and a General Contractor. In 1999, after an experience during his personal real estate transaction, Rajesh inspired to provide consulting services, in the field of Building Science and Performance. He subsequently started Inspectorate Incorporated in 2003. Rajesh's keen sense to observe, desire to learn & apply cutting edge technologies and an in-depth understanding of building science, makes him a formidable professional in his field of business.
